For custom 3D printing orders using customer-provided STL files, 3D models, or design files, the customer is responsible for confirming the file is correct, print-ready, properly sized, and suitable for the intended use.

We are not responsible for design flaws, sizing issues, fitment problems, weak models, missing details, or errors in files supplied by the customer.
