Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with I LUV 3D Prints. Please review our return policy before placing an order.

14-Day Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition it was received, and returned with any original packaging if applicable.

Buyer Pays Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

All returns must be shipped back with valid tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

This includes custom designs, custom sizing, personalized items, customer-requested modifications, and any item made specifically for the buyer.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund if the item meets our return requirements.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Additional processing time may depend on your payment provider.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

• Any visible damage to the box or mailer

Damage claims submitted after 12 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are 3D printed and made to order. Minor layer lines, small surface marks, and slight color variations are normal with the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Custom orders

• Used or damaged items caused by the buyer

• Incorrect item ordered by the customer

• Customer change of mind on made-to-order items

• Normal 3D print layer lines or minor surface imperfections

• Slight color variations
