Processing Time

Most orders are processed and made within 1-2 business days. Larger orders, custom orders, or high-volume items may require additional processing time.

Because our products are made to order, processing time may vary depending on order size, material availability, and current production schedule.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been completed and shipped, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier and selected shipping method.

Estimated shipping time is typically 2–7 business days after the order has been shipped.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped through standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or similar services. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other events outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.

Made-to-Order Items

All 3D printed items are made to order. Slight color variations, layer lines, and minor surface imperfections are normal with the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.
