This custom-fit insert is designed specifically for the Milwaukee M18 FUEL 1/4" Hex Impact Driver – CAT. NO. 2953-20 and fits the Milwaukee PACKOUT Tool Case, 5 Compartments – CAT. NO. 48-22-8435.

The layout securely holds your impact driver while giving you dedicated storage for batteries, driver bits, extensions, and other small accessories.

Important Fit Note

The metal belt clip on the impact driver is an extremely close fit to the PACKOUT lid. Depending on the position of your belt clip, it may make contact with the lid. Slightly bending the belt clip downward may be necessary to ensure the case closes properly.

IMPORTANT – Installation Instructions

This is a two-piece insert and installation order matters.

  1. Install Nest-1 into the PACKOUT first.
  2. Once Nest-1 is fully seated, slide Insert-2 into position.
  3. Do not connect or assemble both insert sections together before placing them into the PACKOUT. The assembled insert will not fit through the opening properly.
